These terms describe your use of ExportMyDocs.com, operated by Elizaveta Akimova, Märkische Allee 390, 12689 Berlin, Germany. Contact: exportmymap@gmail.com.

The service

ExportMyDocs.com provides document import, review and export tools. Available formats, processing mode and limits are described on the upload page. Some features run only in browser mode. Free use does not enroll you in a paid subscription. Optional accounts and purchases are available only when enabled for this deployment; the account page shows the available plans, prices and limits before purchase.

Accounts and purchases

Where accounts are available, you can sign in with Google or a code sent to your email. Connecting Google Drive for document imports is a separate action. You may choose to attach this browser's guest documents to an account and confirm the target account before they are attached. Signing in with an email used for payment does not by itself transfer guest documents.

Where purchasing is enabled, Weekly is a recurring weekly subscription and Lifetime is a one-time purchase of paid access with the displayed usage limits. Stripe handles Checkout and payment details. You can purchase before creating an account; a guest purchase becomes usable after you sign in with its verified payment email and activate it. A purchase started while signed in stays attached to that account, even if its billing email differs.

You can request cancellation of Weekly renewal for the end of its current period; access continues through the paid service period. An eligible scheduled cancellation can be reversed before the subscription ends. After it ends, a new purchase is required. A confirmed Lifetime upgrade starts cancellation of associated Weekly subscriptions; the account page shows when that cancellation is still being completed. A guest Weekly purchase left unclaimed for 24 hours is scheduled to stop renewing. Claiming it after renewal has been stopped does not automatically resume charges. Lifetime does not provide permanent file storage or remove usage and file-expiry limits.

Your documents

Only process material you are entitled to access and use. You retain your rights in your documents and outputs. Importing a document does not give other visitors access to it. Google permissions and document-sharing restrictions continue to apply. You are responsible for having an appropriate basis to process personal information about other people in the documents you use.

Check the result

Conversions can simplify layout or omit unsupported content. A PDF with comments may reflow pages, and an archive PDF contains rendered images. Editable merging is a beta feature; numbering added by the captions tool is static. Comments and resolved threads depend on what the source file contains or Google returns. Keep your originals and review downloaded files before publishing, submitting or relying on them.

Acceptable use

Do not bypass access controls, retrieve documents without authorization, interfere with the service or use it unlawfully. File-size and batch limits keep processing practical. Access may be limited when necessary to protect the service or address misuse.

Availability and responsibility

The beta can change and may be temporarily unavailable. Keep your own copies of important files; ExportMyDocs.com is not a document-storage or backup service. Accepted server-mode source files expire after 24 hours. Result retention is fixed when an export is admitted: Free results expire 24 hours after they are ready, and Weekly or Lifetime results expire after 7 days. An older export keeps its recorded expiry when your plan changes. Sharing does not extend expiry. Download before the recorded deadline; physical cleanup is scheduled afterward. Guest access depends on this browser's cookies, and clearing site data can remove it. Documents attached to an account can be accessed after signing in on another device while they remain available. These terms do not exclude liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. Liability is governed by applicable law.

Microsoft, Google and privacy

Microsoft Word is Microsoft's product. Google Docs and Google Drive are Google's services. ExportMyDocs.com is an independent tool and does not claim endorsement by Microsoft or Google. The Privacy policy explains browser and server processing, temporary file storage, accounts, payments, Google imports, connection storage, service providers and usage records. Disconnecting Google Drive is separate from signing out of an account or managing a paid plan. You can use supported local uploads without a Drive connection.
